Horizon LED worked with the property management company for an LED upgrade of one of the interior spaces (60,000 sq ft) and a full exterior LED upgrade for the entire facility.

Horizon LED replaced 117 pcs of exsisting 400w metal halide (460w with ballast wattage) with 102 pcs of our 200w LED high bay and 15 pcs of our 150w LED high bay.

Interior footcandle reading were tripled.

Annual energy savings for the entire project were over $31,000 and offered a ROI of almost 76% with a full payback of investment in one year and four months.

This project saves over 243 metric tons of CO2 greenhouse gas equivalents annually.
