Horizon LED worked with the building owner’s agent to make this “Cold Dark Shell” into a showpiece. The 370,000 square foot building had only the switchgear installed with no wiring, lighting or HVAC. Horizon LED added two panels – each with remotely readable meters – for a planned demising wall and wired the facility for night/emergency backup fixtures along with the general lighting. Horizon also designed and installed our 240w First Star 170 (170+ lumens per watt) LED high bays with motion/daylight harvesting sensors and achieved the requested 38+ foot candle minimum.
